Summer 2014: Ball of Confusion:
In the past two years The Historic President has wanted to fight Iran, then Syria, then Russia and now ISIS or ISIL. Now, the Historic President has asked the Irani Ayatollah to back US attacks on ISIS. Commenting on the ltest sword wavering, Vlad Putin, the much respected President of Russia, said that the Historic President is likely to start World War III.
ISIS was created and armed by the US to overthrow President Bashar al-Assad of Syria whom the US dislikes for some reason. The presence of Russia's Mediterranean fleet at Aleppo and the lack of US manpower prevented a direct attack by US forces. However CIA created armed and trained ISIS (Islamic State of Irak and Syria) or ISIL (Islamic State of Irak, Syria and the Levant), sometimes called The Islamic State (IE or in French reports Etat Islamique-EI). ISIS fought Syria for a while, then wandered off to fight US Quislings in Irak (The "Q" in Irak stands for Quisling). The Quislings fled. US bombing resumed. Token US victories were officially proclaimed. Reports in the Establishment Press state that Iraki (Quislings) forces, bolstered by fresh reinforcements from the dwindling US military roster, are no longer running away quite as fast as before. CIA recognized that its support of rebels has generally backfired.
US forces successfully retreated from Helmand province in Afghanistan, the scene of much fighting in the unprovoked US attack on Afghanistan. Quisling Afghanis refrained from firing on US forces as they retreated.
After much sabre wavering at Russia over the agitation of Russians in the Ukrainian region to rejoin the Rodina following the CIA engineered overthrow of a Russian elected President of the Ukraine, the Historic President and the Establishment Press have backed off. Ordered into combat against Russian separatists, the Ukrainian armed forces mutinied in Kiev demanding release from their enlistments. Observers commented that in The Russian Red Army such an act would take more courage than facing the enemy in combat. According to President Vlad Putin, Russia is a powerful nation that will not be trifled with.
Jesse Jackson noted that Vlad Putin is far more popular inside the US than The Historic President.
The Historic President opened the borders to children shipped north from Latin America. According to reports in the social media, most are infected with disease, spreading plague throughout the south-west. The Historic President also refused to deny access to travelers and immigrants from Ebola infected countries. A NYC doctor carrying Ebola was hailed by The Historic President and the Establishment Press as a hero for having ridden the over-crowded NYC subways spreading the contagion. FEMA is said to be stockpiling coffins to meet the emergency. The Social Media dubs Ebola epidemic The Obola virus and claims Obola will be The Historic President's legacy to America.
Meanwhile, a surge of voting from the cemeteries, illegal aliens and roving gangs of motor voters could not keep the Senate in democratic hands; despite heavy campaigning by The Historic President and Michelle and a nasty campaign, the public voted NO to The Historic President and both houses of Congress went to the Republicans. The heavy vote from the graveyards did keep Virginia's seat in Democratic hands. The Historic President vowed to rule by decree on all major issues.
The Society does not expect much change despite the election returns. Congress beginning in the 1930s allowed its power to slip away. Once it permitted such Executive Orders such as the Lend-Lease give-away, Presidents started declaring war, Korea, Vietnam, Irak etc on their own. The power of the purse with increased federal spending migrated from Capitol Hill to Pennsylvania Avenue, now closed down and cordoned off with barbed wire and police dressed in military style uniforms. Even Congress' power to legislate withered with the President's and administrative agencies` simply enacting rules with the force of law. All the powers of Congress to declare war, to legislate and to exercise the power of the purse now lie in the hands of the President.
The end of summer in August 2014 led to an appalling record: the greatest number of unarmed civilians shot by police. Societal scholars were divided on the cause: Dr John Ringo opined that militarization of police through military style uniforms and equipment was a major factor; Dr James Davies believes that incorporating returning veterans into police forces has resulted in more violent confrontations; Jake Acies the crime reporter of FP attributed to the appalling number of casualties to a general breakdown of civility.
In the midst of tragedy there is humor. It was tit for tat over the Labor Day weekend in Westchester County NY. THE HISTORIC PRESIDENT's appearance at a wedding for a White House Chef grounded the private planes of the liberal elite who could not fly to the Hamptons for the weekend.
The Society offered as a humanitarian measure to teach the white liberals how to use public transportation to reach The Hamptons. The Society was willing to teach these culturally deprived people isolated from real life how to act on trains and busses.
The beautiful world did not avail themselves of the opportunity to prove they were as good (or bad) as everyone else. Instead they got even.
The nuptial having concluded, his History-ship wanted to play golf. Aides called around, but could find no course willing to admit the president. Some had a members only policy; others professed inadequate parking for the Historic President and His entourage; several informed The Historic President that a no-gun zone policy was in effect. The fuming President departed to DC without a round on the links.
The Society issued a MODEST PROPOSAL to his Historyship. In the future, if you can't get the people you want get the people you can get. Golf at Van Courtland Park in the Bronx.
While His Historyship was being rebuffed by the White Liberals, Mayor Bill DeBlasio ran out of the Catholic Cardinal`s Al Smith dinner to attend a wing ding birthday party for Rev Al Sharpton where a White Liberal woman was allegedly assaulted by a civil right lawyer during festivities.
